DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Card Caddie Australia. Payment for purchases made through the website are made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) using the shopping cart facility and secure payment pages provided through ANZ bank. All payments are verified immediately. If the transaction is not approved by the secure banking facility, for any reason, the order shall be cancelled and you shall be returned to the Card Caddie Australia website. If the payment transaction is successful then the order shall be confirmed and delivery of the goods shall be organised.

All payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Card Caddie Australia shall deliver the goods using Australia Post normal domestic services to the address you specify in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address details. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is then your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

We cannot guarantee processing or delivery times however we will attempt to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order and you should receive the goods within 2 to 3 days. This is subject to availability and the service level provided by Australia Post.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Unless we have the items in stock and ready for immediate shipping, you order will be back-ordered. We will advise you immediately if your order includes out of stock items and provide you with an estimated delivery date. In most cases back-ordered products will be delivered within 20 days from the day you submitted your order, however, allow in the worst case up to 4 (four) weeks after the first day of the next calendar month for your order to arrive. We will advise you if we are expecting any further delays or run into backorder problems.  Please remember, all orders are final. Refunds will not be considered while your order remains within the delivery estimates as specified above.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

This Policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on goods purchased from the Card Caddie Australia website. We provide an exchange or refund where:

• the goods are or become defective through no fault of the buyer;

• are not for the purpose stated;

• don’t match the description.

Where a product return is accepted by Card Caddie Australia, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange.

CONSUMER DATA AND PRIVACY

• We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or contact us via our web-based email form
• When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, email address, mailing address, delivery address and phone number. We may share this information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and shipping carrier for delivery of your order.
• We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.
• When you submit feedback or questions via email, we will request your name and email address. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiries.

SECURITY CAPABILITIES AND TRANSMISSION OF CREDIT CARD DETAILS

For credit card transactions, your information is secured by using 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information you input. We use secure eGate Merchant facilities provided by ANZ Bank Australia. Once you have completed your order details using our Shopping Cart system and you have confirmed your order request, you shall be redirected to the secure payment pages within the ANZ eGate facility. Once the transaction is processed you will be informed and returned to the Card Caddie website. You will be provided with a transaction result and a transaction reference number should you have any queries.
